Puppy Classes Level 2
The next step once your pup has finished Level 1. We build on everything you’ve learned and take it outside, with the last two classes in the park for real-life practice.

Before you bookTo join Level 2, your puppy needs to have finished Puppy Classes Level 1 with me.
What Level 2 adds
We keep progressing the Level 1 exercises, with new techniques to make your walks nicer and more work on recall, including how to handle a long line. There are exercises to keep your dog engaged with you on walks, too.
The last two classes take place in the park, so you practise what you’ve learned in real situations, not just in the garden.
How it works
Finish Level 1
Level 2 builds directly on what your pup learned in my Level 1 classes.
Classes 1 to 3
We progress the exercises: loose lead walking, engagement on walks and recall on the long line.

I left my office job to follow my passion, and now I train dogs and their people in Edinburgh. I only use reward-based training, because it makes learning fun for you and your dog.

Where
Classes run in my secluded garden in Colinton, a minute up the road from Colinton Village. In winter we move indoors to the 108th Pentland Scout Group Hall on Spylaw Street (EH13 0JT). Classes 4 and 5 take place in a local park.
